At Natura, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to learn more about our process.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times and availability will be displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Natura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For additional assistance, reach out to us through our contact page at https://shop.natura.com/pages/contact.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Submit your inquiry along with your order number and photos of the damaged items through our contact page at https://shop.natura.com/pages/contact, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
